How Easy Are You?

It’s sooo competitive in the market place for any product or service. Yet there are still businesses that are still winning.  

 

They are winning because it is easy to do business with them.

 

That’s not by accident… it is planned, calculated and choreographed. Client experience isn’t just a cool buzz word these days, it’s real, and you better understand it if you want to be in business for a long time.

 

So ask yourself… how easy is it to do business with me?

 

Many business owners will argue that they’re very easy…. But in whose eyes?

 

If you designed the process then of course it’s easy…for you!  But what about your ideal client, have you had them go through the process? Every client demographic is different too, and it’s very likely that your client demographic doesn’t match you.

 

Let’s look at a great example of a company which is super easy to do business with…. Amazon, ever hear of them.

 

They make it so easy for anyone to do business with them. They have the “One Click” Feature, where you can buy something with just one click.  And now that mostly everyone is using a mobile device, they have made it even easier to search AND buy a product faster than if you waited in line at Walmart.

 

Amazon doesn’t have INCREDIBLE deals. In fact, many of their products cost a bit more than you could find elsewhere online.  So why do we keep going back to them? Because it’s so darn easy to buy stuff.

 

Another great example is Groupon. I’m on a groupon kick these days! From my phone I can search deals and purchase them instantly using Apple Pay.  I don’t have to pull out my credit car and then enter the details…none of that crap… Just one click and I have dinner for two at 50% off!

 

So I ask again, how easy is it to do business with you? When was the last time you tested the process? Better yet, when was the last time you had someone else test your process?

 

I bet you’d be surprised at the results. Then kick yourself in the butt because then you’re going to do the math on how many prospects you missed out on and how much that means to your bottom line!
