Get More Appointments in Half the Time: The Secret to Getting More Great Qualified Leads

If you’re like most small business owners, you wear a lot of hats. You’re the accountant, the marketer, the salesperson, and sometimes the janitor too. It’s tough to find time to do it all, especially when it seems like everyone else is booked solid. So how can you get more appointments without spending all your time chasing them? The secret is in getting more great qualifications. 

 

When it comes to your business and personal life, you can’t afford inefficiencies in your business. I have compiled three simple tips on how to create quality appointments that will fill up any calendar with good prospects while also making sure they’re ready buyers! These easy-to-follow steps won’t take long at all so don’t let them slip away.

Respond immediately

 

When prospects enter your funnel, webpage, or email they are hot and ready to buy. You need to respond immediately because this is when you can capture their attention and lock in with a strong first impression. 
 

It’s critical to be responsive and quick when a lead comes into your funnel. They filled just filled out a form. They want something NOW and they are HOT! You need to strike before they go on someone else. Convert them right away before their interest wears off or someone else beats you to it.

Respond immediately within 20 minutes or less. 

Get them on the phone 

 

The second thing is to get them on the phone. And when you respond to them within 20 minutes, they’re right there still at their computer .. just clicking the send button, and POOF they receive a call from you. 

Qualify the Prospect 

Next, you need to qualify them. You want a prospect that is the right fit for your practice or coaching program so they must be qualified before getting started with marketing efforts – which means being prepared to say, “I’m sorry I don’t think I can help you.”  

 

That’s okay because ultimately I’m sure you’ve had this before. You know how it is, you have this one client who just drains the energy from every aspect of your life. I’ve had my fair share and they’re not fun to deal with! They take all the positive work away into their own hands so there’s nothing left for us as professionals or business owners to do what needs to be done. 

 

Ultimately, it starts with the very first interaction. It’s easy to tell right away. So, it’s okay to let people know you can’t help them. This is why the pre-qualification step is so important.  

 

Schedule a full consultation within 3 Days

 

Make sure you have a full consultation within three days of talking to them on the phone. Remember striking when the iron is hot?  

 

The consultation is the perfect opportunity to get questions answered and gain insight into how you can work together. Have a full consultation scripted out. Once you do this, your bookings are going be amazing with great clients and life will get better for sure.
