Do you spend a lot of time trying to sustain relationships with your clientele or prospects?
What if I could show you how to automate the process of showing love and appreciation to your entire fan base so that you have more time to focus on your business?
There are a lot of entrepreneurs or gurus who believe success is “super easy” and that it happens overnight. Most of know that success doesn’t happen overnight and it isn’t just happenstance. It can be designed and it absolutely needs to be designed. Part of the design of being successful is interacting with your fan base, clients, and prospects and automating the process. It is important to make sure you have touch points throughout the process so that you can stay on their mind and when they actually think about needing your service, you’re right there and you can provide that service right away. You’re the first one that they’re going to call.
When trying to automate this process, think about different triggers that might get people to think about your product or service. For example, in the fitness industry, everyone has a new year’s resolution to lose weight. How about sending out a card to all of your prospects and asking the simple question, “How’s your New Year’s resolution going?” Most people will say “Oh I made a resolution, but I don’t know what happened to it.” In most cases it didn’t happen because it was a wish, not a plan. Same thing with your love and appreciation that you’re sending out to people. It can’t just be a wish, it needs to be a plan and a plan of action and you will get it done. Other things that you might want to think about is Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Veteran’s Day. There are so many opportunities out there to get in front of your prospects.
Be different. Everybody sends out emails and everyone is on Facebook sending messages. Be old fashioned and send a card in the mail!
I recently had a webinar on how to build a relationship program using cards in the mail that get sent out and are really tangible; stuff that people can hold on to and remember you.
An email can be deleted quickly, but when someone receives a card in the mail, they’re going to keep that for a while; especially if it means something to them.
The whole point here is to create a system to make sure your fan base, clients and prospects think of you first when they need a service you offer, and to automate the process so that it happens consistently so that you are building your business.
