How To Get More Responses

We’re talking about getting contact with your ideal client and making sure that they call you back. How do you do that? Well, a lot of times, business owners will leave all their information on a text message, or they send an email or a voice message and expect a return call.

Well, when you give them everything that the prospects needs they may not see a need to call you back. You’ve answered everything. There’s no unanswered question in your prospect’s mind for them return your phone call or text message.  It’s really hard to establish your value over text or email which is why you want the return phone call.

Then you can have a meaningful sales conversation with them, and that’s so difficult to do over text or over email. It’s really important that you either talk to them on the phone, or see them in person especially when you have a high service business. Plus it’s a great way to show you are different.

How do you get that contact to call you back? Well, you got to leave an open loop in their mind, meaning an unanswered question, so something like, “I was speaking to my colleague the other day about your situation, and we came up with something very interesting I’d like to share with you.” Well, automatically, that sounds very intriguing, and most people would be like, “Well, what is it?” They’re going to keep thinking about that until they get it answered, so they’re going to pick up the phone and call you and get that.

Or you might say, “My boss has a great idea that she wanted to run by you” or you might want to give some value, like, “I read an article about your particular situation, and wanted to tell you more about it.” Again, what article, what about my situation? That prospect is going to call you back.

Those are a few ways that you can get that prospect to give you a call back, so you can have that meaningful sales conversation with them, and find out how you can help them in their situation. It’s all about helping other people, and I hope this helped you in your situation, get better at sales.
