Always seek confirmation to ensure that you’ve accurately captured their desires.

Example 

Prospect: “I want to lose weight, have more energy, and feel confident in my appearance.”

You: “So what I’m hearing is that you’re looking to shed those extra pounds, regain your energy levels, and feel comfortable and confident in your own skin. Is that right?”

By repeating their wants back to them and gaining confirmation, you create a stronger connection and instill a sense of urgency to address their concerns.

Your Follow-Up Process

To maximize your sales potential and increase your chances of converting leads into customers, it is crucial to establish and maintain a robust follow-up and follow-through process. By timely and consistently communicating with prospects and clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service, you can build trust and foster long-lasting relationships.
